Анотація
Проаналізовано українську систему народної шкільної освіти в період 1950-1957 років через призму законодавчого забезпечення галузі, за приклад взято Полтавську область. На
основі архівних матеріалів проведено аналіз законодавчих актів щодо процесу відбудови галузі області. Указані основні проблеми, які висвітлювалися в нормативних документах
для відновлення роботи народної шкільної освіти України та області, зокрема. У підсумку визначено позитивні та негативні сторони законотворчих процесів цього періоду.
(It has been analyzed the transformation of Soviet system of public school education in the period of 1950-1957 according to the legislation provisions of the sector. The importance of the subject within the context of modern educational institute reforms in secondary school has been outlined. It is not possible to carry out reformation of secondary education without the development and improvement of educational content and determination the actual role of the
state, its agencies and institutions in supporting secondary schools. The works of such scholars as A. Siwiec, E. Saydakova, M. Kashina, О. Abakumov, N. Kuzin, M. Prokofieva, S. Polansky, M. Kabatchenko have been mentioned to take into account studied themes and regulations of the problem ‘associated with post-war reconstruction of the educational sector in the Ukrainian Soviet Socialistic Republic. Based on the above-mentioned information, it has been defined the objective of analysis and it has been estimated the legal regulations of Ukrainian School Education in the 50s of ХХ century.)
