Анотація
У статті розглядається суть та структура іншомовної комунікативної компетентності, що є складовою професійної, а також аналізуються особливості її формування у студентів немовних спеціальностей.
(The article discloses the problem of formation of communicative competence under the conditions of Ukraine’s integration into the European federation. The author analyzes the interpretations of the term «competence», which were made by other scientists. According to them this concept means the acquired during the education system of knowledge, skills, spiritual values and experience which can be effectively used in practice. The author points out that foreign language communicative competence is an ability of a person to interact with the native speakers, using not only linguistic potential of the language, but also involving the effective elements of verbal and not verbal behavior and taking into account some national and cultural
values during communication. The author distinguishes between two notions «communicative competence» and «professional competence». She tells that communicative competence is the basic condition of professional one, which consists of operating and communicative functional components. The process of effective formation of communicative competence depends on several psychological aspects, especially on the individual experience in communication. Much attention is paid to the motivation of the foreign language learning by students of not linguistic specialties. The lecturer should explain the group
the advantages, which the knowledge of language proposes. Students should be able not only to speak foreign language but also to think that considers substitution of the linguistic elements of the native language with the foreign ones. The process of foreign language learning should be based on professional connections it means that authentic texts of some specialty must be used. Multimedia technical means must be also represented at class. While watching or listening science fiction programs students will be able to overcome language barrier. The author stresses that special attention should be paid to adopting extralinguistic information about the country the language of which students learn (its culture, traditions, values, etc) that will
give the opportunity to form the communicative culture of students.)
