Abstract
Проаналізовано підходи вітчизняних та зарубіжних учених-економістів до визначення сутності фінансової політики держави. Із урахуванням результатів критичного аналізу запропоновано власне визначення сутності фінансової політики. Підкреслено значимість управління фінансовими потоками, що спрямовуються державою на реалізацію стратегічних і тактичних цілей та завдань соціального, економічного, політичного та духовного розвитку суспільства, важливість урахуванням поточного стану фінансової системи та механізму її функціонування,
а також внутрішніх і зовнішніх факторів, які можуть вплинути на процес розробки та здійснення фінансової
політики.
(In the article the approaches of domestic and foreign scientists and economists to the definition of the state financial policy are analyzed. Taking into account the results of the critical analysis the author suggested his own definition of the essence of fiscal policy. The importance of cash flow management, the sending State for the implementation of strategic and tactical goals and objectives of social, economic, political and spiritual development of society is emphasized. The importance
of the current state of the financial system and its functioning, as well as internal and external factors that may affect the development process and implementation of fiscal policy have been taken into account.)
