Abstract

Стаття присвячена питанню здійснення ефективних публічних закупівель. Висвітлено базові «зелені» критерії
для закупівлі товарів, робіт та послуг. Визначено економічні, соціальні, екологічні, політичні переваги використання практики «зелених» закупівель. Розглянуто міжнародний досвід застосування такого виду закупівель із метою застосування в українській закупівельній політиці. Засереджено увагу на необхідності запровадження «зелених»
закупівель в Україні як одного з інструментів для максимально ефективного використання бюджетних коштів.
(The article studies the implementation of effective public procurement. The article deals with the basic «green» criteria for the procurement of goods, works and services. Focused on the economic, social, environmental, political advantages of the practice of «green» procurement. The work comprehensively explores international experience of this type of procurement
with the purpose of use in Ukrainian purchasing politics. Also focusing on the need to introduce «green» procurement in Ukraine as a tool to maximize the use of public funds.)
