Анотація
The relationship between management styles and their motivation, which drives them in accomplishing their organizational goals, is analyzed in this article. For this purpose, on the example of Georgian managers, it is determined which is the dominant leadership style (by using the Likert’s system) and to which degree it is applied at a particular management level. In fact, motivation is the success or failure of leadership
in each specific situation. Therefore, the basic task of leadership is to find and maintain a balance between the motivation and management style.
