Анотація

Аналізуються стосунки між польським населенням і радянськими військовослужбовцями під час перебування Червоної Армії на території Польщі наприкінці Другої світової війни. Шляхом узагальнення фактів, задекларованих попередніми дослідниками, визначається характер взаємовідносин сторін та причини його формування; окреслюються заходи радянського військово-політичного командування щодо упередження злочинів червоноармійців по відношенню до місцевого населення; наводяться коментування з приводу негативного сприйняття мешканцями Польщі чужої армії на своїх землях.
(The relationship between the Polish population and Soviet soldiers during the stay of the Red Army in Poland at the end of the Second World War is analyzing. The factors that influenced the complexity of relationships defined as: historical claims to the borders, USSR’s attack on Poland
in 1939, Katyn tragedy, the existence of two Polish governments and paramilitary forces and others.Determined that the arrival of the Red Army was perceived more positively by peasant population;attitude of wealthy strata and intelligentsia ranged from cautious to hostile. The deviant behavior of the Soviet soldiers did not promote networking. Different and sometimes conflicting comments on relations between Poles and Red Army led to the conclusion that the arrival of the Red Army was seen on one hand as a liberation from the Nazi occupation of the country, on the
other – as the Soviet ideological enslavement.)
