Анотація
Проаналізовано національні особливості мотиваційної системи управління персоналом на українських підприємствах.
Охарактеризовано умови функціонування вітчизняних підприємств. Зроблено аналіз європейських моделей мотивації працівників. Виділено основні чотири моделі: німецьку, шведську, англійську, французьку та польську. Розглянуто досвід розвинених країн Західної Європи у сфері нематеріального стимулювання персоналу. Досліджено можливість адаптації європейських моделей мотивації працівників на підприємствах України.
(The national peculiarities of the motivation system of personnel management of Ukrainian enterprises are analyzed. The conditions of functioning of domestic enterprises are described. An analysis of European models of employee motivation has been made. The main four models are distinguished: German, Swedish, English, French and Polish. The experience of developed Western European countries in the field of non-material incentives for personnel is considered. The possibility of adaptation of European models of employees' motivation at Ukrainian enterprises is researched.)
