Анотація
У статті обґрунтовано важливість дослідження особливостей мотивування працівників до створення об’єктів інтелектуальної власності. Встановлено, що в економічно розвинених країнах стимулюванню інтелектуальної діяльності працівників надається першорядне значення. Розглянуто форми матеріального та морального стимулювання працівників зарубіжних підприємств. Запропоновано для досягнення високих результатів та залучення працівників до створення об’єктів інтелектуальної власності розробляти систему відповідних стимулів.
(The article deals with the importance of researching the features of employees’ motivation to create intellectual property objects. It proves, the stimulation of the intellectual activity of workers is given paramount importance in the economically developed countries.
It is determined that the greatest incentive for the activation of intellectual creativity is the recognition of the results of this creativity as an object of ownership. Forms of material and moral stimulation of workers at foreign enterprises are considered. It is determined
that the system of motivation consists of a combination of various economic incentives with elements of moral encouragement. It is proposed to develop a system of appropriate incentives for achieving high results and attracting employees to the creation of intellectual property objects. If incentives match the expectations of employees, they will develop motives for creating objects of intellectual property. Also, to stimulate development and enhance innovation, it is necessary to pay attention for developed countries experience in support, development and implementation of innovations, where the main role is played by government support.)
