Анотація
The article discusses the issue of the interaction of legal State and civil society as a necessary condition of quality of the development process of the modern Ukrainian State. These issues are of existing theoretical developments, views of famous thinkers of the past and present. The authors of the article highlight the idea that development of Ukraine at the beginning of the 21st century is largely determined by the maturity of the civil society and its role for the functioning of the state and its organs. The issues of the interaction of legal state and civil society are covered through the prism of the need to increase the level of political and legal culture as a necessary condition of qualitative changes in all spheres of social life. It is highlighted the role of legal activity in the process of strengthening the regime of law and order, the protection of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen.
