Анотація

In the article on the basis of the Criminal procedural code of Ukraine discusses actual problems of election precautions during investigation of criminal proceedings. It has been proved that today there are a number of theoretical issues and practical problems concerning both the defi nition of concepts, features of these measures, as well as purely practical issues of applying the rules of procedural criminal law in accordance with the fundamental principles of law, observance of the rights and freedoms of citizens, as well as international norms and rules.
