Анотація

У статті розглядається проблема внутрішньої міграції в умовах гібридної війни в сучасній Україні. Доводиться, що фемінізація міграції загалом у світі та в нашій країні, зокрема, є серйозною соціально-культурною проблемою, що має об’єктивні та суб’єктивні причини. Подається авторське розуміння сутності та способів вирішення комплексу проблем, породжених внутрішньою міграцією.
(In the article considered the problem of internal migration in terms of hybrid warfare in modern Ukraine. Proved that the feminization of migration in the world in general and in our country, in particular, is a major social and cultural problem that has objective and subjective reasons. The main factor in the generation and implementation of migration potential recognized is the loss of human been rootedness, due to certain reasons, the main of which is war. It determines the vectors relocation of internal migrants and motivation of choice of a settlement, selected according to both personal factors and objective reasons (changing locations of businesses, educational institution, etc.). Quantitative and gender dimensions of internal migration in modern Ukraine are analyzed. It emphasized features of gender composition of internally displaced persons from the occupied territories temporarily Crimea and eastern Ukraine in comparison with international practice, which indicates equal shares of men and women in this category of the population. Identify causes of feminization of internal migration in Ukraine, notably as psychologically existential and utilitarian. It is noted that in terms of military operations in the country, the objective reasons for the relocation (i.e. – the preservation of life and health) are primary and subjective factors of secondary importance and used only in the context of value aspect. Served copyright understanding the causes of problematic rootedness of internally displaced persons at the new location, nature and ways of solving the complex problems caused by internal migration, and it emphasizes the extreme complexity and multidimensionality of the problems outlined.)
