Abstract
У публікації розглядаються окремі питання бюджетного процесу малих міст та сіл. Досліджено джерела наповнення
бюджету, зокрема бюджету розвитку, та визначено рівень їхньої самостійності. Запропоновано заходи щодо вдосконалення бюджету малих міст та сіл.
(Publication investigates separate questions of budgeting and determines the level of independence of small cities’ and villages budgetary process. The author examines the sources of budget filling and problems connected with filling of development’s budget. The ways to improve budget of small cities and villages are offered.)
