Abstract
У статті розглядаються проблеми проведення дивідендної політики відкритими акціонерними товариствами на прикладі вітчизняних гірничо-видобувних підприємств. Здійснено оцінку впливу виплат дивідендів на показники ринкової активності підприємств.
(The problems of pursuing a dividend policy by the public corporations on the example of the domestic мining enterprises are examined in the article. Estimation of dividend payments on the explored enterprises is conducted, influence on the indexes of market activity of enterprises and creation of value for shareholders is estimated.)
