Abstract
У статті розглядаються питання фінансової політики держави у сфері надання соціальних послуг. Аналізується можливість роздержавлення надавачів соціальних послуг та перепрофілювання на їх реалізацію громадських, благодійних та комерційних організацій.
(This article deals with the financial policy of the state in the sphere of social services delivering and analyses an opportunity of privatization of social services’ deliverers and re-profiling of the
non-governmental, charity and commercial organizations to realize these services.)
