Abstract
У статті визначено та проведено оцінку основних бюджетних та фінансово-кредитних обмежень формування людського капіталу, характерних для сучасного періоду розвитку України; особливу увагу в цьому аспекті приділено депресивним територіям та сільській місцевості.
(The main budget, financial and credit restriction of human capital formation, which are typical for the current period of development in Ukraine, have been defined and analyzed in the article; special attention in this aspect has been paid to depressed and rural areas.)
