Abstract
У статті розглянуто управління витратами підприємства в умовах спаду економічної активності. Розглянуто класифікацію витрат, шляхи визначення пріоритетності їх скорочення або збільшення залежно від мети та можливостей підприємства.
(In this article, cost management of enterprises in times of slowing economic activity and crisis is considered. The classification of expenses is described, and the ways of evaluating their priority for reduction or increase in relation to the aim of an enterprise is considered.)
