Abstract
У статті розглянуто теоретичні засади дослідження персоналу сільськогосподарських підприємств. Визначено класифікаційні ознаки персоналу. Виділено чинники, які визначають склад і
структуру персоналу сільськогосподарських підприємств.
(Research theoretical principles of agricultural staff enterprises are described in the article. Classification characteristics of the staff are defined. Factors which determine composition and structure of staff agricultural enterprises are selected.)
