Анотація

статті розкрито особливості реалізації європейської моделі спільної зовнішньоторговельної політики в кон-
тексті захисту митного простору ЄС. Аргументовано, що спільна політика в зовнішньоторговельній і митній
сфері ЄС базується на принципах стратегічного партнерства. Охарактеризовано участь країн ЄС у глобальних ланцюгах доданої вартості. Обґрунтовано особливості структури зовнішньої торгівлі ЄС. Розкрито основні досягнення в реалізації ЄС спільної митної політики та результати забезпечення безпеки митного простору. Сформульовано пріоритети митної політики ЄС у контексті спільної зовнішньоторговельної політики.
(European security model of the internal market in a context of growing globalization, despite all the diffi culties in the European Union, remains an example of a successful joint foreign economic and foreign trade strategy of countries. The European Union is an example of international integration where countries having delegated some of their powers, have gained the stability of the economic environment and the customs area security. The EU common policy has unifi ed the rules
of goods movement, harmonized the customs system, and introduced joint initiatives with third countries, thus protecting the national interests of each EU member state. Today, the EU economic and customs area is an example of both institutional and parametric balancing of area, which was formed historically and evolutionarily. Therefore, the integration of the outer countries into it is a challenge for stabilizing the EU economic development.)
