Abstract

У статті розглянуто основні аспекти виникнення кризи
іпотеки в США та її вплив на іпотечний ринок в Україні. У роботі визначено основні передумови виникнення, прояви іпотечної кризи в США та її наслідки для України, а також досліджуються можливі антикризові заходи з метою зниження впливу глобальної фінансової кризи на розвиток ринку нерухомості та загальноекономічну ситуацію в Україні.
(In the article the author examined main aspects of subprime crisis in USA appearance and its influence on the mortgage market in Ukraine. It is compared main preconditions, conditions of mortgage crisis in USA and its results for Ukraine, and disclosed possible measures against global financial crisis and its influence on development of real estate market and overall economy situation in Ukraine.)
