Анотація
У статті розглянуто проблему розвитку лідерства у фінансовій сфері протягом ХІХ – ХХІ ст., визначено
основні риси лідерів у різні історичні епохи. Вказано на те, що процес активного формування лідерів у світі фінансів, щодо розвитку їх особистості та професійних якостей, почався у ХІХ ст. і цей процес триває до нашого
часу. За два століття відбулися зміни у пріоритетах, які дозволяють говорити про ефективного лідера-фінансиста:
якщо у ХІХ столітті йшлося про пріоритет підприємливості, то сьогодні слід говорити про необхідність
креативності, про широкий набір здібностей фінансиста приймати нестандартні рішення, творчо підходити до
вирішення складних завдань, що диктуються сучасним розвитком фінансового ринку, теорії і практики управління.
(In this article, the problem of developing leadership in the fi nancial sector during the ХІХ – ХХІ was considered, the main features of leaders in different historical epochs were determined. It is pointed out that the process of active formation of leaders in the world of fi nance, in terms of developing their personality and professional qualities, began in the 19th
century, and this process is continuing at the present time. For two centuries there was a turn in priorities which allow to speak about the effective leader - the fi nancier: if in the 19th century it was a question of the priority of enterprise, today one should speak about the need for creativity, about a wide range of abilities of the fi nancier to make non-standard decisions,
to approach creatively diffi cult tasks, dictated by the modern development of the fi nancial market, management theory and practice.)
