Abstract
У статті розглянуто специфіку процесів функціонування турецької діаспори у країнах Західної Європи в контексті її адаптації, культурної та національної самоідентифікації. Проаналізовано фактори, які визначили відносини турецьких спільнот із місцевими суспільствами та призвели до розвитку процесів «геттоїзації».
(The article deals with the specifics of the Turkish diaspora functioning in the Western European states in the context of its adaptation, cultural and
national self-identification. The factors that have determined the relations of Turkish communities with the local societies and the development of the processes
of «ghettoization» are analyzed.)
