Анотація
Основною метою статті є дослідження й удосконалення теоретичних засад управління бізнес-процесами на підприємстві як основи для формування бізнес-моделей адаптації діяльності підприємств до змін. Виявлено місце управління бізнес-процесами підприємства для адаптації діяльності підприємств до змін. Проведено аналіз теоретичних підходів до визначення поняття «бізнес-процеси» та їх основних видів. Проведено дослідження сучасних світових теоретичних напрацювань щодо формування компонент бізнес-моделей підприємств. Виявлено концептуальні засади формування бізнес-моделей адаптації підприємств до змін у межах процесного підходу до управління.
(The main objective of the article is to research and improve theoretical principles of business process management at the enterprise and further use it as the basis for developing business models of enterprises adaptation to changes. The author has revealed the place of business processes management at the enterprise in terms of enterprise’s activity adaptation to changes. The analysis of theoretical approaches to the definition «business processes» and their main types was carried out. The observation of the modern theoretical proceedings on the enterprises’ business models components formation was conducted. The conceptual foundations of business models for the enterprises adaptation to changes in the process of management approach were revealed.)
