Abstract
У статт обґрунтовано використання соціально-психологічної технології як процесу проектування вирішення питань відносин поколінних спільностей. Визначено метою статті розробку комунікативної технології оптимізації взаєморозуміння в міжпоколінному просторі. Представлено групи принципів дії соціальної технології щодо ментальної регуляції поколінної спільності.
Для забезпечення запровадження соціального діалогу в системі міжпоколінних відносин визначено його структуру: поєднання комунікативного і конвенціонального елементів. Як алгоритм дій модернізації комунікативного простору міжпоколінних відносин запропоновано 8-компонентна система комунікативної діяльності Д. В. Богданова (суб’єкт, об’єкт, засоби, процес, умови,
результат, система, середовище), в результаті якої можливе результативне використання соціального діалогу як засобу вирішення ускладнень, відносинах між поколіннями.
(The article substantiates using of social-psychological technology as a designing process to resolve problems of relations between generation communities. The article aim is to develop communicative techniques to optimize mutual understanding in the multi-generational space. The groups of principles of social technology impact are presented aimed at mental regulation of a generation community.
The social dialogue structure: a combination of conventional and communicative elements is defi ned to ensure its implementation into the
system of relationships between generations. The 8-element system of communicative activities of D. V. Bogdanov (a subject, an object, tools,
a process, conditions, results, a system, and environment) is proposed to be used as an algorithm of actions to modernize the communication space of relationships between generations. Application of this system can be resulted in an effective use of social dialogue as a means of resolving of complications in relations between generations.)
