Abstract

Чому кількісного оновлення депутатського корпусу
виявляється не достатньо для поступу у реформах? І
чи свідчить кількісне оновлення про «якість»
депутатів? Ці запитання важливі з огляду на дискусії
щодо шляхів розвитку України, її шансів
демократизуватися і стати ефективною державою.
Відтак, ми вивчаємо кількісні і якісні показники
оновлення парламентської еліти в Україні з метою
виявити механізм зміни еліт у період 2002 – 2012
років.
(Why does the quantitative renewal of the deputy body
turn out to be insufficient to achieve progress in
reforms? Does quantitative update testify the «quality»
of deputies? These issues are important to arouse
discussions of Ukraine's development, its chances of
democratization and becoming an effective state.
Consequently, we are studying quantitative and
qualitative indicators of the parliamentary renewal of the elite in Ukraine in order to identify the mechanism of elite update in the period of 2002 - 2012.)
