Abstract

У статті досліджено підходи до визначення сутності стейкхолдерів. Визначено предмет дослідження теорії стейкхолдерів та переваги її застосування в практичній діяльності для компаній зі страхування життя. Запропоновано виділяти чотири групи споживачів інформації про діяльність компаній зі страхування життя, а саме: потенційні страхувальники, страхувальники, безпосередньо компанії зі страхування життя, а також контролюючі та регулюючі органи. Сформовано цілі та охарактеризовано показники аналізу компанії зі страхування життя різними групами споживачів. (The article investigates approaches to the definition of the nature of the stakeholders. The article deals with the study of the stakeholder theory and the advantages of its application in practical work of life insurance companies. It is proposed to allocate four groups of users of information about the activities of life insurance companies, in particular: potential insurers, insurers, directly life insurance companies, as well as control and regulatory authorities. The goals of life insurance companies are defined, and the indicators of its analysis by different groups of consumers are described.)
