Анотація

У статті визначено поняття «професійна самореалізація» у руслі вітчизняних і зарубіжних досліджень. Проаналізовано основні підходи до визначення поняття статево-рольових стереотипів як фактору негативного впливу на професійну самореалізацію жінки. Визначено роль ґендерної освіти у формуванні суспільства гендерної рівності як суспільства, заснованого на рівних правах і можливостях усіх громадян.
(This article explores the phenomenon of self-identity of the woman, her
psychological characteristics of the current development and transformation of
Ukrainian society. It analyzes the meanings of such conception as «professional selfrealization», «sex-role stereotypes», «career», «gender», «gender education». The
relevance of the topic is connected with the need of studying and optimizing the
process of professional self-realization, self-development and self-improvement of
modern professional women, and researches of sex-role stereotypes as psychological
obstacles of professional fulfillment for reducing their negative impact.
The researchers determined that a women’s self-psychological space is
characterized by the powerful influence of sex-role stereotypes that may obstructs in
the process of professional fulfillment. Sex-role stereotypes are a collective idea
about the personal qualities and behaviors of men and women, as well as the gender
specificity of social roles. The article describes the following sex-role stereotypes: «a
role conflict of working woman», a syndrome «Mona Lisa» (ML- syndrome), a
conflict of existential crisis. M. Komarovski described the contradictions in the
system of family roles; I. M. Kulenova and L. V. Popova studied the negative
impact of patriarchal views on women self-realization; K. Bartoli, D. Martin, V. O'liri
identified gender differences in the career process.
The reducing of the negative impact on the process of women’s professional
self-fulfillment is possible by the introduction of gender education to the educational
process. Gender education is a process which is aimed at forming qualities, traits,
characteristics that determine necessary relation of man to society to the members of
the opposite sex.)
