Abstract
Encyclopedia Britannica denoted “hate speech” as a “speech or expression that denigrates a person
or persons on the basis of (alleged) membership in
a social group identified by attributes such as race,
ethnicity, gender, religion, age, physical or mental
disability, and others”.
