Abstract
У статті досліджено фінансове забезпечення розвитку вищої освіти в зарубіжних країнах. Визначено елементи, які варто запровадити Україні для покращення фінансування вищої освіти.(The article investigates the financing of high education’s development in foreign countries. The elements which have to be introduced in order to improve the financing of Ukrainian high education are determined.)
