Анотація

У статті автори досліджують вакцинопрофілактику гепатиту В серед вихованців дитячих інтернатних установ
(Children of 5 boarding schools in the North­West of Ukraine have been studied for hepatitis В markers. 87 children were vaccinated against above mentioned infection using vaccine « Engerix-B». This vaccination of children aged 8-19 in dose 20 mkg HBsAg was quite effective (96,2 %). In 10 years anti-HBs (in protective concentration) were defined in 53,3 % of vaccinated, but half of them had low concentration of antibodies (10-80 MU/I). In children boarder schools, where « carriers» of HBsAg are present, 4 -fold injection o f vaccine should be applied according to the scheme 0-1-2-12 months, and in the groups, where HBsAg-carriers are not found, the vaccination can be performed according to the standard scheme 0-1-6 months. For children jof boarder schools aged 4-7 with hard premorbid background the vaccine Engerix-B which contains 10 mkg of HBsAg in one dose should be applied together with immunomodulators.)
