Abstract

У статті досліджено феномен самореалізації особистості, зокрема особливості розвитку особистості жінки у руслі професійної діяльності на сучасному етапі розвитку і трансформації українського суспільства. Вивчення самореалізації як чинника становлення зрілої особистості дозволить розробити рекомендації щодо оптимізації цього процесу як у старшого, так і в молодого покоління жінок. (The article investigates the phenomenon of personal self-fulfillment, in particular, the development of women identity in terms of professional activities at the modern stage of development and transformation of Ukrainian society. The article analyzes such notions as "personal development", "professional selfrealization", "job satisfaction", "subjective well-being", and "achievement motivation". The level of overall job satisfaction and subjective well-being was defined through the prism of professional staff of the sample basing upon the experimental research that involved women of mature age. A direct correlation between the prestige of the profession and job satisfaction index and subjective wellbeing of the respondents was discovered. During the experiment the level of education and the level of job satisfaction among women of mature age were related. The level of education is directly proportional to the level of job satisfaction of mature women. The high degree of interdependence between the level of motivation for success and job satisfaction using Pearson's linear correlation coefficient was determined. Research into self-realization as a major factor in the formation of a mature personality enables to offer recommendations for optimizing this process for both older and younger generation of women.)
