Розглядається ґенеза реформування кримінального судочинства в Італії. Також досліджено роль Конституційного суду Італії в реформуванні кримінально-процесуального права. Звертається увага на особливості формування доказової бази в італійському кримінальному процес(The paper gives an overview of genesis of reforming criminal legal proceedings in Italy. The role of the Constitutional court of Italy in reformation of the criminal procedure is also researched. The features of the evidential base forming in the Italian criminal process are underlined)
