Abstract

Здійснено порівняльний аналіз операціональних здібностей телефонних консультантів різного виду послуг з різним рівнем професійної компетентності. Встановлено специфічні операціональні здібності операторів кожної групи та визначено особливості когнітивних стилів висококомпетентних телефонних операторів (The comparative analysis is made for the operational capabilities of telephone consultants concerning services of various types with different levels of professional competence. Specific operational capabilities of operators of each group are noted and the features of cognitive styles of highly competent operators are defined)
