Анотація
У дисертаційному дослідженні представлено соціально-філософську концепцію онтологічних вимірів політичного світу, що презентує проявлення смислу і меж політичного в горизонті буття людини як bios politikos. Автором розроблено соціально-філософський інтерпретативний аналіз феномену політичного, що дозволяє схопити його смислотворчі аспекти, які розкривають соціально- онтологічні виміри політичного світу та його зв’язок із людським буттям. Виокремлено основні соціальні прояви політичного і розроблено типологію, що визначає його три типи: антагоністичне, агоністичне, уявне і символічне. Виявлено, що смисл політичного особливо інтенсивно проявляється через співвідношення приватного-публічного, індивідуального-спільнотного, сакрального-профанного та центрального-периферійного.
Окреслення трансформацій, що торкнулися співвідношення онтологічних вимірів політичного світу, вивело дане дослідження на діагностику спотворень політичного. У роботі розглянуто ситуацію перманентності надзвичайного стану, дегуманізаційні тенденції в сучасному політичному світі, феномен «машини політичного», біополітику, політичну теологію та політичне месіанство. Крім того, здійснено пошук можливостей емансипативного проекту, який закладає передумови змін у політичному світі засобами освіти.
(This thesis presents the systematic socio-philosophical reconstruction and conceptualization of ontological dimensions of the political world, which demonstrate the manifestation of sense and limits of the political in horizon of human being as bios politikos. The author has developed the socio-philosophical intepretive analysis of the political phenomena. Such analysis gives a possibility to comprehend the aspects of the political, in which the socio-ontological dimensions of the political world and its connections with human being have discovered.
In the present thesis it has been investigated the main social manifestations of the political and presented the typology of it: the political as antagonistic, as agonistic, as imaginative and symbolic. This typology has captured all the important manifestations of this phenomenon, 1) based on the fight and overcome the enemy, thus demonstrating conflicts within and outside the community, as well as showing the phenomenon of political friendship; 2) focused on the less intensive forms of conflict, trying to show the possibilities of cooperation and compromise, thereby laying the perspective of modem democratic renewal projects and actualizing the problem of tolerance; 3) showing a deep connection between politics and culture. The author has recognized that sense of the political is manifesting intensively through relations between private and public, individuality and community, sacred and profane, central and peripheral. These dimensions were determined as ontological ones, because they are a precondition for regional ontologies and show the very states of the political. The philosophical analysis of these dimensions made it possible to offer new explanation of the functioning of political and social institutions. Author has proposed the view on evolution of social and political institutions, which distinguishes three successive stages: institution of sense, institution of trust and institution of ratio.
The determining of the transformation in the contemporary political world gave a possibility to diagnose the distortions of the political. This thesis examines the permanent state of exception, dehumanistic tendencies in the contemporary political world, “machine of the political”, biopolitics, political theology and political messianism. Author pays attention to the problem of legitimacy of the political power, the transformation of bios politikos into homo sacer, the ways of creation the totalitarian political religions.
Author has analyzed the possibilities of emancipative project as precondition of political changes by using the educational facilities. He has proposed to comprehend the educational policy as complex of “politics”: politics of subjectivity (forming the subjectivity by transmission the knowledge and values), politics of sense (transmission of the social senses), politics of knowledge (establishing the systems of knowledge in situation of new regime of truth), politics of institutions (analyzing the transparency of educational institutions), politics of equality (solving the problem of access to education for the marginalized groups). Such comprehension of educational policy shows the context in which it is formatting and realizing as integrity of form, activity and contents. The investigation of the actual state of university gave a possibility to present the institution of higher education as “engaged university”, which is realizing its cultural policy. This analysis gave a possibility to determine the sociocultural challenges for the university, ways of appearance of its institutional identity and social significance in the modern world.
The results of the research offer the prospect of their practical use and further theoretical development of socio-ontological foundations of the politics. Socio-philosophical concept of ontological dimensions of the political world and methodology of interpretive analysis allow social, political and socio-cuitural analysis and diagnosis of current political processes.)
