Анотація
У статті досліджується етичність як важливий аспект складного соціокультурного феномена еміграції, який розглядається у співвіднесеності з поняттями свободи, відповідальності, справедливості та щастя.
Доводиться, що вирішення проблеми еміграції повинно розпочинатися з особистісного рівня, внутрішнього духовного простору людини.
(The article examines ethics as an important aspect of a complex socio-cultural phenomenon of emigration, seen in
correlation with the concepts of freedom, responsibility, justice and happiness.
From an ethical point emigration appears, on the one hand, as the fight against unfair government, the right to freedom, the search and results of freedom, on the other hand – as free and responsible search for a local human place in the world. It is the realization of the right to freedom raises the problem of responsibility. In context of our studying has several aspects of responsibility: the responsibility for their decision to emigrate to ourselves, accountability and homeland.
In addition, responsibility and obligation generate moral conflicts that are difficult to solve without regard to
case. The problem of justice arises in terms of equal distribution of wealth and the satisfaction of basic, primary needs, the same for all. However, the principle of justice is not always applied to immigrants. Regarding refugees, migrants, etc. many countries legislation imposes requirements that differ from the requirements to citizens. Until today, human rights are inferior to the rights of citizens, contrary to the practical implementation of the principles of humanism. In assessing the ethical aspects of emigration as finding happiness emphasizes the fallacy of this motif. In tradition of the national philosophy and author’s position, the happiness of man – not in the external, but mainly in its inner world. It is proved that the solution must start with emigration personal level, internal spiritual space man.)
