Анотація
Стаття присвячена вивченню поняттєво-ціннісній складовій в структурі концепту ЗОВНІШНІСТЬ ЛЮДИНИ.
Розглядаються підходи до моделювання структури концептів. Обґрунтовується вивчення понятійної і ціннісної
складових в їх взаємозв’язку.
(The article deals with notional-value component in the concept APPEARANCE structure. Approaches to concepts
structure modeling suggested by native as well as foreign linguists are described. The concept studied which is defined as a combination of a person’s external features visually perceived is viewed as a linguocultural one due to the fact of containing value component in its structure. Notional component of the concept APEARANCE contains information about invariant characteristics of a person’s appearance which are interpreted, and evaluated while being perceived. Value component of the concept under consideration reflects values shared by people in a particular society. The article states that evaluation of
a person’s appearance is verbalized by adjectives which express three types of values – sensory, sublimated and rationalistic.)
