Анотація

У статті проаналізовано структурні й функційні параметри складного синтаксичного цілого як специфічного
засобу вираження оцінки в українському щоденниковому дискурсі. З’ясовано, що оцінний субдискурс і надфразна
єдність співвідносяться як зміст та форма. Виокремлено формальні різновиди складного синтаксичного цілого, які
сприяють реалізації позитивної й негативної оцінки в обстежених щоденникових дискурсах.
(The article deals with the structural and functional parameters of a complex syntactic whole as a specific means of assessment expression in the Ukrainian diary discourse. This research is based upon a material of typologically various diaries of Ukrainian writers during the period of genre’s activation – the second half of the XXth century («The Diary» by O. Dovzhenko, «The thoughts of mine, the thoughts of mine...» by Ostap Vyshnia, «The scraps of thoughts» by V. Simonenko, «From prison’s notebook» by V. Stus, «The Blue Book» by V. Malik, «The Cell of Tea Rose» by K. Moskalets). It is found that complex syntactic whole has a particular status among syntactic representatives of assessment due to its own structural and semantic independence and logical completeness. Author has determined that evaluative subdiscourse and superphrase unity
are related as the content and form: CSW is a means of implementation, linguistic embodiment of semantic filling of evaluative subdiscourse. Also it is sorted out the formal varieties of complex syntactic whole, which favor the implementation of positive and negative assessment in the parsed diary discourses: one or several sentences’ structures; complex composite structures
and CSW in a form of fragmentary, short, ragged sentences. An analysis shows that fragmentation and expressivity of the assessment, which is denominated by a complex syntactic whole, can be enhanced by writer’s graphic destruction that increases illocutionary and perlocutionary force of axiologically filled expression. It is proved that the usage of superphrase unity for explication of the assessment allows person, who keeps a diary, to deepen and to expand the image for achieving desired figuratively-expressive effect, to help potential recipients to interpret the information as accurately as possible. Structural
and semantic potency of superphrase unity opens for the diarist the infinite possibilities for stylistically unique explication of positive and negative subjective and objective assessment.)
