Анотація
У статті подано діалектні тексти про страви, які на сучасному етапі жителі села Залужжя Дубровицького району Рівненської області вже не готують, тому що їх замінено більш сучасними.
Записані тексти засвідчили, що деякі страви втратили своє ритуальне значення. Дібрані фрагменти текстів подають інформацію самого процесу приготування страв та особливості семантики лексики цієї тематичної групи. Фрагменти текстів не розмежовані за тематикою, а подані в хронології.
(Text was the object of analysis many humanities. Particular attention and scientists focused on the dialect
texts. The issue of differential signs dialects, the history of its rise has always been the focus of Ukrainian
dialectologists. Describing the system features one locality, the researchers expressed alternative views on
the origin of phenomena. Our study of village dialects Zaluzhzhya Dubrovytsa district of Rivne region, belonging
to middle polissia northern dialect, we conducted on the basis of its textual presentation to achieve
the completeness of the description dialect and reducing the gap between the ontology and epistemology –
the real essence and scientific interpretation.
The article presents dialect texts, which state dishes that nowadays the villagers Zaluzhzhya not prepared
because they are replaced by more modern. Recorded texts shown that some dishes have lost their ritual significance.
Adjusted snippets provide information of the process of cooking vocabulary and semantic features
of the thematic group. Snippets are not delimited on the subject, as listed in the chronology.
Certified snippets provide information on different courses, namely meal flour (korovaǐ, staff, bread)
stuffed (vareniky, bread) retski mlintsi, dumplings, purim, nalisnicky; ritual meals: stakes, borshch, soup,
porridge, kisil; daily meals (milta, zaterka, lemnishka, kvasha, baked potato).)
