Анотація
Статтю присвячено вивченню одного із способів реалізації мовленнєвого контролю у інституційному дискурсі
– перериваючим мовленнєвим актам. У дослідженні визначено основні функціонально-комунікативні особливості
адресатних перебивань в інституційних умовах судового слухання та проаналізовано прагматичні типи речень, через уживання яких реалізуються перебивання.
(The present study investigates the implementation of speech control in the institutional discourse via interrupting speech acts. The author identifies and describes the main functional and communicative peculiarities of interruptions in institutional
courtroom discourse and distinguishes major meta-communicative elements and pragmatic types of sentences (such as interrogatives, constatives, imperatives etc.), which are used in the course of interrupting the interlocutor. The study has proved that various types of interruptions play a significant role for the effective development of communication in courtroom.
In the course of the research it has been established that there is an interconnection between social and professional status of the participants of the trial and frequency, with which they interrupt other communicators. Professional judges have higher social status and a corresponding wide range of rights prescribed by the court rules. Hence, they are able to influence both
thematic and temporal frames of the court proceedings, which finds its reflection in the frequent usage of interruptions.)
