Анотація
Статтю присвячено дослідженню різнорівневих засобів компресії (лексичних, граматичних, фонографічних) у
текстах приватних повідомлень соціальних мереж. Установлено особливості утворення та функціонування компресованих одиниць.
(Study of virtual discourse has been a sphere of scientific interest for some time. Face-to-face communication imitation along with tempo of communication create specific structural and language features of social networks messages. The economy principle is one of the major principles of social networking. Linguistic and stylistic properties of messages are formed
through the interaction of lexical, grammatical, phonographical means of compression. As a result of the analysis clippings, abbreviations, graphons, elliptical and nominative sentences have been regarded as the most frequent means of compression.These elements and constructions save time, space and communicative effort of users and therefore meet the requirements of
computer-mediated communication. An informal mode of interaction causes onomatopoeic spelling and graphic simplification that in some cases become institutionalized.)
