Анотація

У статті розглядаються лінгвістичні особливості прояву дитячого волевиявлення – авторитарності та примхи; аналізуються їх спільні та відмінні риси на комунікативному рівні в англомовному дитячому дискурсі у ситуації спілкування «дитина – дитина».
(The article investigates peculiarities of child will expression in the forms of authoritarianness (which is understood as a wish of a person to secure his predominance and influence other interlocutors solely by putting pressure on them, bending them to his will, making them act in accordance with the addressant’s wish) and caprice (viewed as an unexpected, groundless
wish; a display of psychological disbalance; a whim; a folly). The focus of the article lies in highlighting common and distinctive features on the communicative level in the English child discourse in the ‘child – child’ communicative situation. Tracing the kinds of nonverbal components which are typical for the situations of authoritarianness and caprice and the way in which
they influence the course of communication in the English child discourse are equally of special interest to us.)
