Анотація
Статтю присвячено виявленню та характеристиці особливостей навчання професійної англійської мови студентів гуманітарних нефілологічних спеціальностей. Автором сформульовано концептуальні основи навчання англійської мови за професійним спрямуванням та з’ясовано вимоги до змісту навчальних матеріалів для професійного aнгломовного читання.
(Teaching professional English tends to be a key element in the system of higher education. Requirements of the modern world, integration processes and corresponding normative documents make students and teachers reconsider their aims and tasks. Properly defined goals of learning the peculiarity of Europe and its culture make students be interested in the processes that lead to preserving the unity of Europe. The article is devoted to clearing out the peculiarities of teaching professional
English to students of humanitarian non-philological specialities. The author formulated conceptual basics of teaching professional English and defined requirements to the content of teaching materials for professional English reading. The material helps students pay attention to the global changes and form their own attitude towards them.)
