Анотація

Аналізуючи специфіку візантійської естетики аскетизму як, зокрема, джерела релігійно-естетичної традиції Русі-України, автор статті указує на важливість ретельного дослідження онтологічного виміру християнського естетичного вчення. Ознайомлення з наріжними ідеями, ствердженими в межах естетосфери християнського монотеїзму, дає підставу визначати естетику аскетизму як теоцентричну онтологію прекрасного.
(The further exploration of the Byzantine aesthetics as of the source of Rus’-Ukrainian aesthetical tradition in particular represents the actual task of domestic philosophical and aesthetical discourse. It’s necessary to mention, that the phenomenon of the aesthetics of the asceticism as well as its ontological dimension connencted with understanding of the existence of the beauty in reality are worth attention of scientists. First of all, the author of the article emphasizes the definite possibility of usage of the popular in postmodern aesthetical discourse concept of «the aesthetosphere» (see works by S. Vasylenko, M.Kagan, N. Levchenko, V. Lychkovach, A. Prygornyts’ka) in the exploration of the Christian ascetic and aesthetical tradition. As the Ukrainian philosopher S. Vasylenko states, the scientists can even point out the special aesthetosphere of the monotheism, which has its own peculiarities. It goes without saying, that it differs from the aesthetosphere of the polytheism. As the component of pagan culture, the latter understands the divine being not as only the beauty being: the numerous characters of the mythology are ugly and horrible. According to the Christian theology the Divine Being can be interpreted as the Beauty Being only.The theocentrical character of Christian doctrine regularly influences the development of the ascetic aesthetical tradition to a great degree. Studying the specific features of the aesthetosphere (sphere of aesthetical values) of
the Christian monotheism and analysing the corresponding oppinions of the famous Byzantine theologians (sts. Vasiliy the Great, Grigoriy the Theologian, Ioann Chrysostom, Grigoriy Nisskiy, Ioann Damaskin), A. Tsarenok proves that the aesthetics of the asceticism can be regularly defined as the true theocentrical ontology of the beauty. It is based upon the theological axiomatic statement that the only God – the Creator – is the Absolute Beauty, Who causes the being of the beauty in the created world.)
