Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню проблеми акмеологізації особистості в інокультурному середовищі. Запропоновано акмеологічну модель реалізації життєвого сценарію мігранта залежно від типу міграції, відповідно до якої організовано емпіричне дослідження. Зосереджено увагу на емпіричному вивченні особливостей соціокультурної адаптації українських емігрантів – показника акмеологічного потенціалу їхніх життєвих сценаріїв (акумулятивної системи зовнішніх і внутрішніх ресурсів для адаптації індивіда у соціумі та його максимальної самореалізації). Результати дослідження свідчать про відмінності у показниках акме ресурсів емігрантів у відношенні до творчої діяльності та вагомість розробки акметехнологій, спрямованих на формування смисложиттєвих орієнтирів засобам наративізації.
(The article presents the results of the study of the problem of acmeologisation of an individual in a
new cultural environment. There is an introduction of the acmeological model of realization of life
scenario of Ukrainian migrant that serves the basis of empirical research. In this regard, the
attention is focused on the empirical study of the peculiarities of the socio-cultural adaptation of
Ukrainian emigrants, which is seen as an indicator of the acmeological potential of their life
scenarios (accumulative system of external and internal resources for adaptation of an individual to
society and his/her maximum self-realization). The results of the study indicate differences in the
acme resources of emigrants in relation to artistic activity and the importance of the development of
acmetechnologies aimed at creating lifesense references by means of narativization.)
