Abstract
The article includes the result of the analysis of Dmytro Nytchenko’s ‘Testament’, the literary work that is seen as a heritage left for descendents. Thus the meaning of the concept of patriotism is further developed in the article. The results of intent analysis made it possible to specify the concept of patriotism and to speculate the factors of patriotism development.
