Анотація

На даний момент відбуваються суттєві зміни в системі мовної освіти вищих навчальних закладів. На зміну традиційним формам і методам викладання приходять альтернативні, більш гнучкі методики, орієнтовані на індивідуальність конкретного учня. Разом з тим, викладання іноземної мови в непрофільних вузах не завжди відповідає цілям і задачам сучасної соціокультурної ситуації. Механічне заучування правил і текстів не сприяє розвитку комунікативної сфери студентів, не наближає їх до розуміння важливості і актуальності володіння мовою як засобом спілкування з представниками інших народів. У зв’язку з цим одним із принципово важливих нововведень слід вважати орієнтацію на оволодіння студентом іноземною мовою як засобом усної та письмової міжкультурної професійної комунікації. Розвиток міжкультурної професійної комунікації здійснюється як за допомогою традиційних, так і з використанням інноваційних методів і технологій. Серед них – використання модульної технології, індивідуалізація професійно-орієнтованого навчання, збільшення частки самостійної роботи учнів, застосування активних методів навчання та сучасних інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій. Акцент у навчанні слід робити на розвитку готовності і здатності студента до подальшого вдосконалення іншомовної компетентності.
(At the moment there are signifi cant changes in the system of language education in higher education institutions. The traditional forms and methods of teaching are superseded by alternative ones, more flexible methods focused on the individuality of the particular student. However, teaching a foreign language in non-linguistic higher education institutions is not always consistent with the goals and the objectives of the contemporary socio-cultural situation. Learning rules and texts by rote contributes to the development of communicative sphere of students, not bringing them closer to understanding the importance and relevance of knowing a language as a means of communication with other peoples. In this regard, one of the important innovations should be the focus on a student mastery of a foreign language as a means of written and oral intercultural professional communication. The development of intercultural professional communication is carried out both through traditional and innovative methods and technologies. Among them there is the use of modular technology, individualization of professional-oriented training, increase of the share of students’ independent work, application of active teaching methods and modern information and communication technologies. The emphasis in teaching should be laid on developing a student’s willingness and ability to further improvement of a foreign language competence.)
