Анотація

Вторгнення Росії в Україну 24 лютого 2022 року стало шоком для більшості світу, однак такі дії Москви були продовженням війни, що розпочалася у 2014 році з анексії Автономної Республіки Крим. У статті розглянуто аспекти, що вказують на те, що російсько-українська війна чинить вплив на сучасний світовий порядок. Неспровоковане вторгнення РФ на територію України має локальні та глобальні наслідки, що трансформують усталений світоустрій, який був оформлений після Другої світової війни. Метою дослідження є вивчення впливу, спричиненого російсько-українською війною, на трансформаційні процеси сучасного світопорядку, виявлення та систематизація тих аспектів, що будуть мати найбільший вплив на формування його нової парадигми, окреслення особливостей світового порядку після завершення війни. Реалізації поставленої мети сприяло використання системного і комплексного підходів, загальнонаукових принципів історизму, об’єктивності та системності, методів аналогій, екстраполяції, абстрагування та порівняння.
(The article examines the Russian-Ukrainian war and its impact on the world order. The unprovoked invasion of the Russian Federation into the territory of Ukraine has local and global consequences that transform the established world order that was created after the Second World War. The purpose of the research is to study the impact caused by the Russian-Ukrainian war on the transformational processes of the modern world order. The work was based on general scientific and special methods. The research is based on the principles of objectivity, historicism, and complexity, based on the application of the comparative method, methods of analogies, and extrapolation. The author uses a systematic approach to establish the interrelationships between the events of the Russian-Ukrainian war and their impact on the international order and the formation of a holistic vision of the Russian aggression for the world system. The use of event analysis contributed to the study of the processes of cooperation between subjects of international relations since the full-scale invasion of Russia into the territory of Ukraine. With the attack on Ukraine on February 24, 2022, the Russian Federation disregarded the established and generally accepted rules and norms by which the world community was governed, violating the basic factors of the existence of the world order. The full-scale invasion of the territory of Ukraine led to the aggravation of the global crisis processes that could be observed before the start of the war. The deeds of the Russian Federation create a dangerous precedent, according to which every country with a powerful military force can take actions that contradict all norms of international law. The Russian-Ukrainian war demonstrated to the world community the need for a fundamental reassessment of the Russian Federation and its role in the international order. Joint support and assistance to Ukraine served to consolidate the collective West, as opposed to countries with authoritarian regimes that continue to support the Russian Federation. Some of the world’s countries remain detached from the conflict. As a result, a new balance of power is emerging, which will encourage the subjects of international relations to build a new architecture of interaction in the political, security, economic and other spheres. In addition, there are changes in world economic processes, finance, and trade. As a result of the war, food, ecological, migration and other dangers have intensified.)
