Abstract

У статті досліджується проблема розвитку самоцінності особистості, що переживає кризу середини життя. У зв’язку з цим проаналізовано особливості самоцінності особистості, що переживає кризу середнього віку; виокремлено напрямки роботи методу психодрами в контексті цієї проблеми.
(The article deals with the issue of the development of self-realisation of the personality that deals with the
crises of the mid-years. Thus the pecularities of the individual’s self-evaluation are highlighted. The problem is
investagated from the perspective of psychodrama method.)
