Abstract
У статті розглянуто особливості процесу самореаліза ції особистості, а саме безпосередню залежність його позитивної динаміки від застосування когнітивних технік. Робота з когніціями стимулює особистість до самопізнання – когнітивної основи самореалізації, тому заснований на рефлексії процес самопізнання розглянутий як спонукальна сила самореалізації особистості, що передбачає оцінку навколишніх та власне задоволення від поставленої мети.
(The article is devoted to the pecularities of the process of self-realization namly the dependence between the positive dynamics and the usage of cognitive techniques. The work with cognitions makes the person study itself, wich is the basis of cognitive studies. The reflection, wich is based on cognition, is regarded as a trig pover of self cognition that predicts the assessment of the surranding and the satisfaction of the set goal.)
