Анотація

У статті приділено увагу аналізу конфліктів у національних державах, які відбувались чи сьогодні мають місце на пострадянському просторі. Обгрунтовано вплив геополітичних інтересів Російської Федерації на ці конфлікти. Окреслено еволюцію зовнішньополітичних підходів Росії до пострадянського простору і до врегулювання конфліктів. Також обгрунтовано тезу про те, що на сучасному етапі Росія є джерелом регіональної нестабільності, що пояснюється певніша тенденціями в її регіональній політиці, пов 'язаними зі" спробами повернути Україну, Грузію, Молдову, Азербайджан до сфери свого впливу. Проаналізовано ймовірність подібного сценарію для решти колишніх республік, а також запропоновано перспективи обмеження Росії як головного чинника дестабілізації на пострадянському просторі.
(As it has been observed in the world history, the collapse of such a huge multinational countiy like the Soviet Union has caused plenty o f conflicts and problems on its former territory. The recent conflict on the territory o f Ukraine has one more time underlined the topicality of the thesis that armed conflicts in the post-Soviet area serve, as examples of the direct influence o f the policy embodied by Russia according to its geopolitical interests. This paper focuses on the analysis o f the nation-states conflicts that have appeared in the post-Soviet space. Therefore, the researcher proves that these conflicts have been impacted by Russia's geopolitical interests. Moreover, the article describes the evolution of approaches employed by Russian foreign policy and aimed at the post-Soviet region as well as at conflict resolution there. The author also states that the fact that Russia is presently a source of regional instability can be proved and explained by some tendencies of its regional policy. These tendencies are related to Russia’s attempts to regain Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, and Azerbaijan within its sphere of influence. The likelihood of such a scenario for the rest of the former republics is also analyzed in this research. Finally, the author of the article summarizes that Russia is the main factor of destabilization in the post-Soviet space and offers the prospects of Russia’s limitation.)
