Анотація
У статті розглядаються особливості ціннісно-орієнтаційної детермінації професійного само- визначення студентів. Представлено результати емпіричного дослідження характеру ціннісно-орієнтаційної детермінації професійного самовизначення на вибірці студентів. Дослідження спрямоване на аналіз теоретичного розуміння поняття професійного самовизначення та ціннісно-орієнтаційної детермінації цього процесу. У результаті теоретичного аналізу наукової психологічної літератури встановлено, що професійне самовизначення проявляється в усвідомленні, осмисленні, узгодженні та інтеграції цінностей професійної діяльності, професійної спільноти та особистісних цінностей суб’єкта. Серед низки внутрішніх детермінант професійного самовизначення, які відображають суб’єктивні умови вибору професії, чимало авторів виділяють певні ціннісні орієнтації. Розвиток особистісного смислу професійної діяльності є важливим для успішного професійного становлення. У цьому контексті вивчення ціннісно-орієнтаційних установок студентів може розкрити ключові аспекти, які визначають їхні професійні вибори та напрями розвитку. У сучасному освітньому середовищі цінності студентів стають значущим елементом, впливаючи на їхнє ставлення до навчання, вибір професії та загальний розвиток особистості. Розуміння особливостей ціннісних орієнтацій студентів сприяє їх підтримці в професійному самовизначенні та створенню сприятливого середовища для їхнього особистісного зростання. Представлено результати емпіричного дослідження з метою з’ясування окремих критеріїв впливу на процес вибору студентами професії, а також системи їх ціннісних орієнтацій за методикою М. Рокича. Зроблено висновок, що студенти не тільки орієнтовані на досягнення успіху у вибраній професії, але також високо цінують аспекти особистісного розвитку, соціальних відносин, творчості та здоров’я, враховуючи цінності як термінальні, так і інструментальні.
(The article examines the peculiarities of value orientation determination of students' professional self-determination. The results of an empirical study of the nature of value-oriented determination of pro- fessional self-determination on a sample of students are presented. The research is aimed at analyzing the theoretical understanding of the concept of professional self-determination and value orientation determination of this process. As a result of the theoretical analysis of scientific psychological literature, it was established that professional self-determination is manifested in the awareness, understanding, agreement and integration of the values of professional activity, professional community and personal values of the subject. Among a number of internal determinants of professional self-determination, which reflect the subjective conditions of choosing a profession, many authors single out certain value orientations. The development of the personal meaning of professional activity is important for successful professional development. In this context, the study of value orientation attitudes of students can reveal key aspects that determine their professional choices and directions of development. In the modern educational environment, the values of students become a significant element, influencing their attitude to learning, the choice of profession and the general development of the personality. Understanding the peculiarities of students' value orientations contributes to their support in professional self-determination and the creation of a favorable environment for their personal growth. The results of an empirical study are presented with the aim of elucidating individual criteria of influence on the process of choosing a profession by students, as well as the system of their value orientations according to the method of M. Rokych. It was concluded that students are not only focused on achieving success in their chosen profession, but also highly value aspects of personal development, social relations, creativity and health, taking into account both terminal and instrumental values.)
